HVH2O helped organize a cleanup of the Peekskill North Landing Park in partnership with the 10th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep. We had about thirteen volunteers join us. We swept the river’s edge for garbage, spending a lot of time getting between the rocks for all the bags, bottles, and mostly plastic trash. After two and a half hours, the shoreline was scoured of junk.
Thank you to all our volunteers. This helped make our site cleaner for the 2021 season.
